Our Mission at Autistic Adult and Teen Consulting (AATC) in Charlotte, NC
We are a company that celebrates neurodiversity. We don’t address deficits, we address differences. Our mission is to help you navigate the challenges of functioning as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world. Transitions are challenging. We want to help you be prepared so that you have the best start.
What We Do
At Autistic Adult & Teen Consulting, we help autistic teens prepare for the transition to college and/or adulthood. We also work with autistic adults who are seeking guidance to make home management, job searching, or their current employment run more smoothly and effectively.
Are you a business or educational institution seeking to become more welcoming to neurodivergent individuals? We can help with that too.

Tasks that require executive function skills (time management, organization, planning). These executive function skills are essential for success in tasks such as shopping for and preparing a meal, managing bills, managing tasks/demands at school or work.
Home management tasks (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
